By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Conditions of Use, Legal Notices, Privacy Policy, and all related disclaimers and terms that govern the Tech n Sync website. Please review these terms carefully before using the site.

Note: Policies for Tech n Sync retail stores may differ from those applicable to the online store.

1. General Use of Site

By using this site, you agree:

• Not to tamper with or misuse the website.
• Not to misrepresent your identity.
• Not to use buying agents or engage in fraudulent activities.
• That your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the site.

Tech n Sync reserves the right to update these terms, as well as website content and services, at any time.

2. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

You use this website at your own risk. Tech n Sync, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers (“Associates”) make no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of content, product details, or services provided. Tech n Sync shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—including losses arising from:

• Errors or omissions
• Viruses or corruption
• Delays in operation or transmission
• Failure of performance

No oral or written communication constitutes a warranty unless officially issued by Tech n Sync.

3. Product Display & Colour Accuracy

We strive to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

4. Errors, Pricing & Availability

Product and service availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors or inaccuracies
• Cancel orders even after submission
• Refund charges in cases of cancellation

If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s policy.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards
• Mobile Money (MoMo)

Charges are generally applied only upon shipment or store confirmation. However, we may pre-authorize your payment at the time of order.

Pre-orders: For debit card or MoMo purchases, payment may be taken immediately at the time of order.

6. Use of Promotional Codes & Digital Coupons

• Coupons are applied at the time of order placement and must be used in a single transaction before expiry.
• Coupons are non-replaceable if lost, cancelled, or the order is returned.
• Unused coupon value is non-refundable.
• Coupons can only be used on the Tech n Sync online platform.

7. Order Validation & Acceptance

We verify all order details including payment method and shipping address. We may reject or limit any order without notice. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided with the order.

Confirmation of your order will be sent via email and SMS. However, this does not signify order acceptance.

8. Order Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per customer or household
• Refuse or review orders that use the same billing and/or shipping information as previous orders, especially where such patterns suggest bulk purchasing, potential fraud, or unauthorized resale activity
• Restrict bulk purchases or reseller activity

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs depend on:

• Weight and size of items
• Chosen delivery method
• Destination location

Delivery timelines:

• Accra & Tema: within 24 hours
• Other regions in Ghana: within 48 hours
• Outside Ghana: To be advised

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed within 10 to 30 days. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

For unpaid Bank Transfer or MoMo orders, cancellation will occur automatically after 3 days.

11. Termination of Use

Tech n Sync may suspend or terminate your account or site access at any time. You remain liable for all orders and charges made before such termination.

12. Repair, Return, & Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

Tech n Sync provides a limited warranty on selected products purchased through our platform. Warranty periods and terms may vary by product category:

Warranty Coverage

• Mobile Phones: 12-month limited warranty
• Laptops, Tablets, & Computing Devices: 6–12 months depending on brand and manufacturer terms
• DJ Gear & Audio Equipment: 6-month limited warranty
• Home & Office Appliances: Manufacturer-supported warranty, typically 6–12 months
• Accessories & Peripheral Devices: Covered as per manufacturer policy or otherwise indicated

What’s Covered

• Manufacturer defects or faults
• Valid for the original buyer only
• Service valid with unaltered proof of purchase and warranty card (if issued)

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage
• Transport or delivery-related damages
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, moisture, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
• Accessories and third-party software
• Products with altered/removed serial or IMEI numbers

Repair Process

• Standard repairs: 2–3 working days
• Escalated repairs: 7–10 working days
• Customers are responsible for backing up personal data prior to servicing

Returns & Refunds Policy

Tech n Sync only accepts returns under strict conditions as outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, not functioning as expected, or significantly different from its description.
• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with colour, model, or preference will not be accepted.
• Used products, software, opened accessories, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• Contact Tech n Sync Customer Service via phone or WhatsApp within the return window.
• You may be required to bring the item to a Tech n Sync showroom for inspection.
• If a return is approved, Tech n Sync will issue a refund or exchange depending on availability and case-by-case assessment.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policy.
• For Mobile Money or card payments, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied by Tech n Sync.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To claim warranty, you must present:

1. Original invoice or proof of purchase
2. Warranty card (if applicable)
3. Device or product in its original condition (undamaged packaging where applicable)

Product Replacement

• Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Verified DOA items will be replaced within 24–48 hours.
• If a product is deemed unrepairable, only the defective component (e.g. motherboard) will be replaced—not the entire unit.
• Dissatisfaction with colour, appearance, or model preference does not qualify for replacement.
• Warranty is void for liquid-damaged, tampered, or mishandled items.

13. Customer Rights

Tech n Sync respects your rights under the Consumer Code of Rights issued by the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA), under Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry. For dispute resolution or clarification, customers may refer to the CPA framework.
