1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! With our Pay Small-Small plan (powered by Vilys Micro Credit), you can own your gadget and spread payments over a period. Terms and eligibility apply.

3. How long does delivery take?
  • Accra & Tema: Within 24 hours
  • Other regions in Ghana: Within 48 hours
  • Outside Ghana: To be advised at checkout or via customer service
4. How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS and email. For updates, you can contact our customer care.

5. Can I return a product?

We accept returns only under strict conditions, such as manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered. Please check our Return Policy for details.

6. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most products come with a limited warranty, depending on the category:

  • Phones: 12 months
  • Laptops/Tablets: 6–12 months
  • DJ Gear: 6 months
  • Accessories: Manufacturer-specific
7. What if I receive a faulty product?

If the product is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), report it within 24 hours for replacement. For defects found later, contact us for inspection and warranty support.

8. Can I visit your store?

Yes! Visit us at our Mallam Junction showroom, Accra. Our team is ready to assist you in person.

9. Can I request a specific brand or item not listed online?

Absolutely. Reach out to us and we’ll try to source it for you.

10. What are your business hours?

We are open Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

11. Can I place an order by phone or WhatsApp?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp 054 013 1164 and our team will assist you with your order.

12. Do you sell original products?

Yes. All products are 100% original and sourced from trusted distributors.

13. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. We run periodic promotions. Follow us on social media or check our website for current offers.

14. Do you repair gadgets?

Yes. We offer basic repairs and servicing. Warranty claims and diagnostics are handled at our care centre.

15. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

16. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if it hasn’t been shipped. Cancellation terms apply — check our policy section for details.

17. Do you install software on laptops?

Yes. We offer basic OS and productivity software installation for a fee.

18. Do you offer smart home setups?

Yes. We provide supply and installation of smart home and office systems.

19. Can I swap my old device?

Yes. We support device swaps for selected items. Devices must be in good condition.

20. What does “Out of Box” mean?

These are open-box or display items that are tested, functional, and sold at a discount.

21. Can I buy in bulk?

Yes. For bulk or corporate purchases, contact us directly for pricing and availability.

22. Do you deliver to university campuses?

Yes. We deliver to most university campuses nationwide. Campus reps may assist with coordination.

23. Do you have a referral program?

Coming soon! You’ll earn rewards for every successful referral.

24. Can I reserve an item?

Yes. A small deposit may be required to hold the item.

25. How do I apply to be a campus or area rep?

Send us a message on WhatsApp or email with your name, school/location, and interest.

26. Can I return a gift I received?

Only if you have the original invoice and it meets our return conditions.

27. Do you provide invoices with purchases?

Yes. Every purchase comes with a valid receipt or invoice.

28. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed via secure and encrypted platforms.

29. What happens if I miss a delivery?

We will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, we’ll reschedule delivery or hold it at our showroom.
