- Phones: 12 months
- Laptops/Tablets: 6–12 months
- DJ Gear: 6 months
- Accessories: Manufacturer-specific
If the product is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), report it within 24 hours for replacement. For defects found later, contact us for inspection and warranty support.
